Job Description

The Account Executive role will support a large retail client, with a focus on social media and influencer marketing campaigns. You will be an integral part of daily client communication as it relates to key information regarding creative and influencer campaign development, social media content planning and organization, performance reporting, overall project knowledge and process, and organizational support with monthly billing and status meetings. You will become a trusted partner to the internal team as well as clients proven through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal. You continually seek out opportunities to work on and learn various types of projects to further develop your skills, and demonstrate how you can lead the team through a successful campaign from start to finish.  

As the Account Executive, you will: 

  • Be the day-to-day resource for clients on specific projects, and build a solid rapport with appropriate clients acting as their partner and go-to for solutions and updates 

  • Partner and build relationships with internal integrated teammates (project management, strategy, creative, production, media, etc.) for strategic and executional projects leading towards a collective goal 

  • Consistently manage projects and assignments independently and can proactively and creatively resolve issues, or flag opportunities along the way 

  • Manage creative campaign workflows from briefing to completion leading integrated team members, and support supervisors/directors on larger production projects 

  • Utilize knowledge & expertise of the social and influencer marketing space to share point-of-view and guide strategic decisions  

  • Demonstrate mature leadership in difficult situations, and escalate concerns appropriately. Understand when and how to keep Account Director & Account Supervisor informed on key project details. 

  • Maintain account organization and use detail-oriented skillset to ensure accuracy and quality outputs  

  • Utilize your collaborative, solutions-oriented, and playful personality to not only create quality work but also align into our agency and team culture 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years account management experience (creative agency experience preferred) 

  • Social, digital and/or influencer marketing experience preferred 

  • Experience working in a large, integrated team preferred  

  • Strong attention to detail and quality 

  • Ability to solve problems strategically & creatively 

  • Effectively writes clear and concise internal and client communications and documents 

  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and internal teams  

  • Strong understanding of creative development and production processes 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,120 - $79,800. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
