Job Description
The Project Coordinator, Information Technology role is an entry level position serving as the primary point of contact for all Merkle Client Onboardings by aiding the communication between the project team and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will lead onboarding efforts by coordinating kickoff meetings with Client teams and IT SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), gathering requirements to help guide solution design, manage procurement activities and oversee implementation of the IT solution. This person is responsible for setting delivery expectations and ensuring that the quality of deliverables are met on time and within the established budget.
- Manage all aspects of multiple Client Onboardings from kickoff to implementation
- Document technical and functional requirements
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, manage workload and adapt to changing business conditions
- Utilize appropriate processes/templates (deliverables and materials) as required by the methodology
- Proactively identify, track and resolve issues, risks and dependencies associated with projects; leading communication to stakeholders
- Coordinate the work of Client Onboarding implementation to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Work as the main liaison between vendors, project sponsors, and IT
- Actively participate in the development of project management processes and tools for consistent use within the IT organization
- Effectively manage day to day tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to achieve positive outcomes by managing conflict and challenging situations on a consistent basis
- Provide the highest level of customer service possible

Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess critical thinking, analysis, and process improvement skills
- Possess interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, prioritization, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Possess conflict resolution skills with a solid ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations
Experience:
1-2 years project coordinator experience desired Other:
- BA/BS degree
- Ability to work independently and drive multiple tasks/projects to completion simultaneously
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $59,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
