The purpose of your role as an Account Supervisor is to support the Director (whom you'll report to) in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team, working toward excellence in execution. Your role is essential in driving collaboration with your client and partners. You will:

• Collaborate with teams to organize and orchestrate work for the agency at large
• Partner with clients in a positive and constructive manner, helping build the overall relationship
• Think strategically to provide guidance to clients as they shape their marketing vision
• Promote client business strategies and insights, applying this to contribute new creative and business ideas to help move their brand forward
• Independently manage creative projects from briefing to execution
• Present ideas to teams enthusiastically

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 4 or more years of experience in the Advertising industry
• Drive to work independently while being passionate about teamwork
• A desire to lead
• An ease in communicating with us as an agency and to our clients
