Implements the solution which the tech lead has designed (hands on development role using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies)
Works with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements
Understands how external systems fit with the implementation
Guide, develop and manage standards, methods or procedures to determine release readiness
Analyzes requirements & provides leading practices in the design of the solution  
Works with the client's technical team to configure and demo completed work, as well as provides deskside coaching
TC supports and provides technical input to the QA Engineer

Certifications:
Adobe Developer Certification (different for Classic vs. Standard)
