Job Description

The Associate is the key point person on assigned accounts. This position is accountable for executing traffic in cooperation with account management, media team, and client and/or creative agency. This role can be remote.

Qualifications

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Traffic Management:

•  Establish ownership of assigned account(s) in collaboration with account and media teams by issuing traffic instructions and orders based on client/account team input

•  Point of escalation for incorrectly booked media

•  Problem solve on assigned account(s) relating to traffic, including problems between account teams and buyers

•  Distribute completed projects with detailed traffic instructions to appropriate vendors and confirm orders

•  Ability to establish, manage and enforce best practices procedures based on client needs

•  Reviews weekly talent reports for accuracy

•  Create and maintain accurate Step by Step guidelines and processes for assigned account(s)

•  Train Traffic team member on specific intricacies of assigned account(s)

•  Train Traffic Coordinator or intern

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

•  Associate’s Degree

•  1-2 years’ applicable experience 

•  Computer literate

•  Understanding of agency policies on attendance, vacation, sick days, etc

•  Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through staff development and ownership of department/agency initiatives

•  Ability to move media strategies and metrics into new areas

•  Excellent track record of maintaining multiple client engagements at once and presenting growth opportunities to supervisors

•  Established relationships with vendors

•  Ability to properly delegate work before excused absences

•  Excellent client report card

•  Dynamic presence in presentations and other forms of client or internal communications

•  Capable of serving as a DAN ambassador and demonstrating grace in challenging internal/external scenarios

•  Displays sound business judgment internally
