Job Description

iProspect is looking for a SEO Manager. The purpose of this role is to create and ensure that SEO strategies are carried out to meet client goals and provide strategy, consulting and guidance. You will report to the Associate Director, SEO.

You Will:

  • Manage the project plan and delivery of all SEO projects to agreed deadlines
  • Communicate account or team updates (escalations/wins) to senior team members
  • Help with the management and overall development of the SEO team
  • Work with the client services team in the follow up and achievement of goals
  • Help with client interactions, including audits, analysis, re-up, QBRs, etc.
  • Partner with other channels across the organization
  • Be the first point of escalation for the SEO team
  • Revamp SEO delivery templates and work to find efficiencies within daily SEO activities
  • Stay updated on search industry trends and train the more junior SEO staff on trends, SEO strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 4+ years of Search Engine Optimization marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Past managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team, preferred
  • Experience integrating SEO into other marketing/advertising channels
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash and other rich media technologies
  • Advanced web analytics experience
  • Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis
