Job Description

Colliers is looking for a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Engineer to assess the technical, regulatory, and feasibility aspects of real estate developments to support investment and funding decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural, structural, and MEP designs and specifications
  • Assess technical feasibility, constructability, and design coordination
  • Identify design gaps, risks, and approval dependencies
  • Review statutory approvals, NOCs, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct site inspections; evaluate existing structures where applicable
  • Prepare risk registers and recommend mitigation measures
  • Deliver high quality TDD reports for clients and investors

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 3 years experience in real estate projects
  • Strong understanding of NBC, NFPA, RPwD, and local development regulations
  • Experience in technical advisory or due diligence preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
