Job Description
Colliers is looking for a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Engineer to assess the technical, regulatory, and feasibility aspects of real estate developments to support investment and funding decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP designs and specifications
- Assess technical feasibility, constructability, and design coordination
- Identify design gaps, risks, and approval dependencies
- Review statutory approvals, NOCs, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site inspections; evaluate existing structures where applicable
- Prepare risk registers and recommend mitigation measures
- Deliver high quality TDD reports for clients and investors
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 3 years experience in real estate projects
- Strong understanding of NBC, NFPA, RPwD, and local development regulations
- Experience in technical advisory or due diligence preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
