Job Description

Health & Safety

  • Responsibility for compliance with all legal and internal regulations in the area of occupational health and safety in cooperation with our external health and safety service provider at our zooplus headquarters in Munich
  • Development and implementation of standards and processes in the field of health and safety in cooperation with all relevant interfaces, which also support the great place to work approach and contribute to a high level of employee engagement
  • Carrying out risk assessments, safety briefings and regular audits
  • Coordination and implementation of measures to prevent accidents and improve health protection

Facility Management

  • Development and implementation of holistic, efficient and user-friendly concepts in infrastructural facility management
  • Definition of management standards and principles for the optimal and economical use of the property and areas
  • Service provider management to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and to ensure compliance with all legal provisions.
  • Responsibility for quality management in order to ensure the high quality standards in the provision of facility services and to identify potential for improvement and optimization.
  • Support in tenders with the preparation of specifications and participation in tendering procedures.
  • Management of independent projects in coordination with all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Facility Management, or completed vocational training with a relevant advanced qualification (e.g. Hotel Business Administrator).

  • Strong service and customer-oriented mindset.

  • High flexibility and coordination skills.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Facility Manager.

  • Experience as a Project Manager.

  • Proficient in using CAFM systems, MS 365, and modern internet applications.

  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
