Job Description
- Project lead for Fulfillment Center extensions, retrofits and launches as well as potential closures
- Leading and owning cross-departmental projects related to capability increases of the fulfillment network
- Full development & maintenance of all documents and activities throughout the project lifecycle, e.g. concise project plans, project governance models & documentation
- Contribute on the strategic development of the Fulfillment Strategy & Programmes Team
- Collection, analysis and evaluation of data to support data-driven decision-making
- Escalate topics at the right time and with the right stakeholders, aiming for a resolution
- Support on changes regarding the logistics contract management
- Contribute on developing the Project Management Toolbox and Methodology together with the team
- Appropriate preparation and presentation of all kinds of presentation types, to different target audiences (status update, decision memos, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in the field of economics or engineering, preferably with logistics/ SCM focus or comparable education
- Minimum 3 years of sound working experience in a comparable position in project management
- Preferably comprehensive knowledge of distribution and intralogistics
- Very good knowledge of the standard MS Office programs
- Very good numerical view and analytical mindset
- Ability to work detail-oriented while still seeing the big picture
- Excellent communication and project team leading skills, being able to communicate clearly written and verbally and motivate the team, manage conflicts and raise escalations
- Ability to work in international teams demonstrating cultural sensitivity and social competence
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent English skills spoken & written; German language and/or additional languages preferable
- Willingness to travel (30%)
- Driving License (European Countries)
