Wir suchen einen engagierten Werkstudenten (all genders) um unser Sales & Marketing-Team zu unterstützen, welches sich um unseren deutschen, österreichischen und schweizer Shop kümmert.
Das Team besteht aus Shop Operations Specialists, Direct Marketing -, Pricing und Campaign & Promotion Managern.

Deine Aufgaben

• Mithilfe bei der Aktualisierung aller Website-Inhalte inkl. Banner-Briefing, Banner Vor- und Nachbearbeitung & Erstellung von Landing Pages (Kampagnen, Promotions, Content-Seiten, etc.)
• Operative Unterstützung, Qualitätssicherung & Weiterentwicklung des deutschen und österreichischen zooplus Shops (z. B. Umstrukturierung der „Regale", Anpassung der Artikelbeschreibungen, Verbesserung der Produktkategorie-Darstellung)
• Unterstützung des Direct Marketing Teams
• Mithilfe im Customer Care Bereich
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung interner Dokumentationen / Analysen

• Eingeschriebener Student/in mit relevantem Schwerpunkt z. B. in Wirtschafts- oder Medienwissenschaften, Marketing, e-commerce u.ä.
• Du bist für mindestens ein Jahr 20h/Woche verfügbar
• Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse wären ein Plus
• Hohe Internetaffinität und Interesse an e-commerce
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (vor allem xls)
