As a Senior Software Engineer at zooplus, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our mission. You'll play a key role in not only improving our software applications but also in developing cutting-edge forecasting solutions based on sales demand. Additionally, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our inventory assortment across our network of warehouses, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java, Kotlin, and Python.
• Analyze, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and implement data pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to create data-driven solutions.
• Optimize software performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability.

Must have:

• 5+ of commercial experience 
• Kotlin/Java
• Spring
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience in data analysis / data science

Nice to have:

• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
• Time-series analysis / forecasting
• AWS and Terraform
• Tableau
• Kubernetes

Other requirements:

• MS in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Fluent English.
• Team player with "can do" attitude.
• Eager to learn new things.
