We are seeking a talented Tableau Developer / Business Analyst (all genders) to join our team and provide data-driven insights to support our business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Tableau development, data visualization, and business analysis based on data sources like AWS Athena, SAP BW and Oracle with Tableau Software.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making. 
• Utilize data visualization techniques to monitor and visualize key business processes, providing actionable insights for operational improvements and strategic decision-making.  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate business needs into actionable insights. 
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement for all business departments and management board.  
• Support data architects in defining efficient data models.   
• Maintain reporting schedules and data extracts when required.  
• Identify potential for performance enhancements and consolidations.  
• Take care of 1st level support for Tableau related topics  
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve data visualization and analysis processes. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer/Business Analyst in a similar role: proficient in data visualization techniques and best practices. 
• Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop.  
• Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling to ensure high quality analysis results. 
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
