We are expanding our team and looking for a (Senior or Professional) System Engineer (all genders) in our Workplace Services team.

Your tasks

• Analyze and resolve Incidents and Service Requests
• Maintain given technology proactively
• Collaborate with external partner and internal departments
• Collaborate with other teams in early adopter phase to create and architect a solution
• Creates Trainings, Knowledge Base articles and Operational Instructions towards the Service Desk
• Evaluate the business requirements and adopt to the current environment
• Provide knowledge of the market towards business customers
• Analyze Market on current solution (New Features, Major Changes)
• Consult Business up to higher management
• Create business decision information including value and costs
• Act as a 3rd Level Support to the Service Desk
• Provide and present management reports
• Act as escalation level during operations

• 6 years plus in a designated function role
• Excellent Knowledge of Endpoint Services
• Active Directory/ Azure Active Directory
• SCCM/Intune
• JAMF
• Microsoft 365 Services
• Windows Client Operating Systems
• Basic intercultural experience
• Ability to mentor and support team members in technical topics and non-technical topics
• Knowledge of ITSM Services and policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good presentation skills
• Fluent business English
