Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to help achieve business targets. This role involves managing sales documentation, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordination communication between department and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow ups across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage calendar logistics and send timely confirmations and reminders to prospects and clients
- Maintain and update CRM records (contacts, activity logs, pipeline status)
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and post-meeting summaries
- Support outbound outreach efforts including email sequencing and contact list management.
- Track key sales metrics and compile reports for the team.
- Coordinate with Marketing on lead handoffs and campaign follow-through
- Handle general administrative tasks that support sales function.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable learning CRM and scheduling tools quickly (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaged.
Skills:
- Internship or part-time experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with Outlook
