This is a very exciting opportunity to be the first Account Manager on the ground in the Xref North American team. Partnering with these amazing clients, you will focus on retention, identifying opportunities for growth and managing the full sales cycle of expansion. 

To be successful in this role you'll need to demonstrate:

• Proven account management experience within the SaaS industry with success in growing existing accounts
• Confidence in leading commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
• Ability to actively manage your individual forecast revenue of opportunities identified on a month-by-month basis using our CRM (Salesforce)
• Exposure to helping businesses adopt technology would be highly advantageous
• You're a self-starter with a drive to reach your own sales targets as well as enjoying working collaboratively within a team.
