Job Description

As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from companies of all shapes and sizes - medium businesses to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.

You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we offer - a smart and simple solution to an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.

You will work with and learn from our global sales team, sit alongside our fantastic customer success managers, and collaborate with each of our business departments - including marketing, finance and development - who will be on hand to support the sales process and ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals.

Qualifications

You will demonstrate experience in successfully working with HR / Talent Acquisition leaders, ideally from a recruitment background or through selling another SaaS solution.

To thrive in the role, you will also have::

  • A confident and consultative sales approach

  • A natural ability to network and build successful relationships

  • A passionate approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demonstrate the platform to recruitment teams

  • The ability to drive your own performance and manage your own desk like your own business

  • Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist and a great listener.
