My name is Maude, I'm the Director of Consulting Services and Project Manager at XRM Vision, and maybe we're meant to work together!

XRM Vision is a consulting company specialized in the implementation of solutions for customer relationship management (CRM) and project management based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools and the Power Platform.

Founded in Montreal (QC) in 2008, XRM Vision opened offices in Kenitra (in Morocco) in 2019, and merged with a Victoria (BC) based company in November 2021. Our team now consists of nearly 70 people around our shared vision in Canada and Morocco.

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on implementing CRM and ERP solutions. Your main role will be to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the various activities of a CRM/XRM implementation project that meets the business requirements and is integrated into the application ecosystem of our clients. 

You will join a multidisciplinary team that includes developers, business analysts and architects. You will be called upon to establish and ensure team cohesion with the XRM Vision team, as well as with the various project stakeholders (client, supplier, etc.). You will have to validate the different deliverables with the clients and get them approved, take them into account and bring solutions to the different problems or comments communicated by the clients. You will be responsible of ensuring the application and improvement of good project management practices. You will also be responsible for the administrative management of your projects. Depending on the scope of the projects, you will be required to manage different projects at the same time. 

Your expertise will be put to work to maximize your full potential, that of your team and all your clients!

You belong as a Project Manager at XRM Vision, if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably IT projects, including planning, organizing and coordinating project activities;
• Experience in managing medium to large scale projects;
• Experience in project management in a multi-project environment;
• Very good command of written and spoken French and English.

It's even better (assets), if you have:

• Consulting experience, a strong asset,
• Very good knowledge of computer systems,
• PMP or Scrum I certification,
• Experience with MS-Project, Office 365, or DevOps.
