Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the quality team and be site representative for ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001 for XP MY plant
- Further develop monthly KPI’s on the health of the business and report to the management team with continuous improvement plans.
- Provide leadership of the quality organization to help drive a proactive approach with improvements within design, manufacturing, suppliers and customers.
- Active participant to further develop tools in the business to support the quality management system.
- Ensure all functions of the quality system are completed and providing value, including audit program, corrective actions and customer complaints.
- Present and be the main interface on key account quality issues across the various XP Power locations and instill confidence.
- Collaboration with other departments and utilization of quality tools to help drive RCCA.
- Develop risk based approach as part of decision making process.
- Drive and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Lead initiatives within the business to improve on process efficiencies.
- Oversee and schedule reliability program throughout the product lifecycle of our products.
- Develop quality training program for internal customers.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and successfully in a team environment.
- Experience leading an organization through successful ISO9001/ISO13485/ISO14001 audits.
- High level of knowledge on quality principles; including 8D, fish bone, FMEA’s, CPK, Gauge R&R.
- IPC-610 experience.
- Experience with top tier Semi-Fab companies either working within or understanding the industry requirements.
- High level of knowledge and experience with reliability concepts including Weibull distribution, reliability demonstration, bathtub curves.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
