Job Description
The Catering Service Manager is a key revenue-driving leader responsible for curating exceptional event experiences while achieving and exceeding sales objectives. This role blends strategic sales expertise with operational precision to deliver elevated, seamless group and catering events aligned with luxury service standards.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Proactively solicit, secure, and cultivate catering and group business to achieve defined sales goals, maximizing profitability and long-term client relationships.Event Sales & Experience Design
Lead the end-to-end sales and coordination of all catering events, including food and beverage programming, décor, entertainment, and audiovisual elements—ensuring each event reflects a refined, cohesive, and memorable guest experience.Revenue Optimization
Strategically upsell and enhance event offerings to drive incremental revenue while maintaining a premium guest experience tailored to each client’s vision.Operational Collaboration
Partner closely with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all events, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to luxury service standards.Banquet Services Support
Provide hands-on support to the Banquet Services team as needed, ensuring service excellence and seamless event delivery during high-volume or complex functions.Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, delivering personalized service, clear communication, and anticipatory attention to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferredCommunication Excellence
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present with professionalism and sophistication. Multilingual capabilities are highly valued in a luxury, international environmentIndustry Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within an upscale catering, conference services, or luxury hospitality environmentLeadership & Sales Expertise
At least 2 years of experience in catering sales management, with demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and leading event executionTechnical Proficiency
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and industry systems such as Delphi (or similar event management platforms) preferredLeadership & Autonomy
Proven ability to lead with confidence, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a self-directed capacity within a fast-paced, high-performance cultureCollaborative Approach
Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellenceProfessional Standards
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, maintaining a polished and professional presence reflective of luxury hospitality standardsLicensing & Compliance
Ability to obtain and maintain all required work cards, permits, and licenses in accordance with local regulatory requirements at all times
