The Casino Service Host will be an exceptionally guest-centric role responsible for orchestrating seamless arrival and departure experiences for our distinguished casino guests. Casino Service Hosts will curate and facilitate an array of premium dining, entertainment, and bespoke experiences, attending to every request with meticulous attention to detail.
The Casino Service Host will consistently exceed the expectations of our most discerning guests through refined, personalized service and proactive engagement. Additionally, Casino Service Hosts serve as trusted advisors to all guests and are empowered to resolve any concerns with discretion and sophistication.
Core Responsibilities & Service Excellence Standards
- Maintain an impeccable demeanor and cultivate an atmosphere of refined professionalism
- Orchestrate check-in and check-out transactions with precision and elegance for casino guests
- Serve as a distinguished liaison among the Casino Host Team, Executive Host Teams, and Player Development teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to anticipate and fulfill the sophisticated needs of casino guests
- Ensure all guests receive attentive, efficient service with grace and courtesy; address concerns with discretion and escalate matters appropriately
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of casino offerings, current premium events, exclusive promotions, and the distinguished benefits of the Wynn Rewards gaming program
- Champion and facilitate enrollment in the prestigious Wynn Rewards program
- Curate and arrange premium reservations, transportation, and accommodations tailored to guest preferences
- Exercise refined judgment and make decisions in accordance with established hospitality guidelines and complimentary service standards
- Manage all incoming communications at the Host desk with professionalism and attentiveness
- Support player development initiatives and premium casino events with dedication
- Maintain an exemplary standard of courtesy and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues
- Foster meaningful relationships that enhance the guest experience and strengthen team cohesion
- Perform additional duties as required to maintain service excellence

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; advanced education or specialized hospitality training highly preferred
- A distinguished background of a minimum of three (3) years in luxury casino, preferably in premium hospitality, or elevated guest service setting
- Demonstrated flexibility and availability to accommodate varied schedules, including holidays and weekends
- Exceptional fluency in the English language with multilingual capabilities highly valued
- Refined ability to respond to inquiries with sophistication and grace
- Demonstrated excellence in composing detailed, eloquent correspondence and instructions
- Proven capability to present information with poise in both intimate one-on-one and group settings
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills reflecting refined professionalism
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years or above
- Valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card required prior to commencement
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a casino environment
- Physical capability to remain standing or seated for extended periods with grace
- Capacity to lift and manage items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform reaching, stooping, and crouching motions with ease and frequency
