    Job Description

    *This is an hourly, entry-level position located on-site in our offices in Las Vegas, NV.*

    Starting rate is $24.00 per hour plus benefits.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist with wage table management within the HRIS including job rates, tip designation, EEO-1, TTOC, SOC, and FLSA designations
    • Ensures that all departments adhere to the approved staffing levels and pay rates of the position
    • Maintain department and position data
    • Research and respond to employee inquiries for all HRIS functions; Troubleshoots user issues and escalates as appropriate
    • Provide user support and training on HR processes and system functionality, updating all user guides, FAQ’s and online help documentation for all enhancements
    • Maintain PeopleSoft security access including granting and removing access, and resetting PeopleSoft passwords through approved access requests
    • Assist with configuration and maintenance core system tables
    • Assists with troubleshooting automated HR processes to determine resolution
    • Execute test cases for system changes and corrections and document results.
    • Creates reports within HR Systems as necessary
    • Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
    • Other job duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of four (2) years' experience in Human Resources, Hospitality, Casino, IT, Analytics, or equivalent industry required 
    • Previous experience with human capital management systems and query reporting. Previous experience with PeopleSoft HR/Oracle preferred.
    • Previous experience, understanding, and reporting of employee job data and history, including compensation and benefits preferred
    • Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and functions
    • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail  
    • Possesses interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts  
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms  
    • Obtain and maintain any of Gaming license(s) in specific jurisdictions  
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
