Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for ordering, issuing and organizing of Mini Bar products, supervising Mini Bar staff, filling & maintaining of mini-bars, consistent follow through in order to achieve department objectives and providing guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to communicate, read, and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Requires a minimum of two years of food & beverage or min-bar experience in a high volume, luxury hotel/casino including 6 months in a supervisory position.
- Candidates must exhibit proficiency with MS Office and Point of Sale systems.
- Requires a valid Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
- Requires the ability to multi-task and to work within a team environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
