Job Description
The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.
Job Description:
- Assist employees in person, via email, or via phone for the changes of address, I-9 updates, employment verifications, work cards, name change, marital status updates, etc.
- Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly.
- Assist with personnel-related system transactions.
- Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve assigned HR Admin issue(s).
- Completing letters for Verification of Employment.
- Scanning and filing, making sure records are stored appropriately.
- Assist with HOTSOS tickets.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of two years clerical experience in a high-volume office environment.
- Previous experience in human resources preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel is required, advanced skills are preferred.
- Oracle/PeopleSoft experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail is required due to the amount of information audited and entered into the personnel file.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as telephone etiquette.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and can possess a Nevada Gaming Card.
