So, what will your new role look like?
We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead and own our entire demand generation function for our product Didacte. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, yet hands-on in executing campaigns, and able to manage the full life cycle of demand creation from strategy to execution, and even content creation. This is a unique role for a solo performer who thrives in owning and scaling demand generation efforts from the ground up, particularly in the evolving world of HR tech.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaigns, this role demands deep knowledge of the sales/marketing funnel and customer touchpoints. You'll craft impactful communications aligned with our brand strategy to boost product awareness and demand. We are looking for individuals who thrive on measurable outcomes.
You will:
- Leverage global marketing strategy and framework to define a demand generation strategy that meets the market’s needs.
- Own the end-to-end marketing for Didacte, including marketing campaigns, paid media, SEO, specialized content/collateral, events, and reporting/tracking of ROI on initiatives.
- Drive collaboration with Sales & Marketing leaders to support our strategic priorities.
- Own product positioning and messaging with the guidance of the Product Director.
- Capitalize on knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Use a program approach to execute content themes through campaigns, digital, and events strategies.
- Manage the return on spend and meet budgets.
- Report on the performance of demand generation activities and implement data-driven optimizations.
What will your future team look like?
You’ll interact with the Manager, Marketing Campaign for day-to-day guidance and professional development. You’ll report monthly on campaign activities to revenue leadership. You’ll also work closely with the dedicated Account Executive.

Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in the technology or SaaS industry;
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication abilities in French (80%) & English (20%);
- Proficiency in the use of a CRM, Hubspot;
- Successful track record in supporting demand generation and opportunity acceleration;
- Experience running campaigns for the North American market;
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision;
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced & high-growth environment.
