Now, we are looking for an additional Scrum Master to support our Development teams building amazing integrated products (hardware and software) at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will closely work together with our Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Project Managers and Team Leads to empower our development teams (10+) to show their full potential.

As a Scrum Master, you will be part of multiple cross-functional development teams, which work on in-house made products that make a difference for our customers. You will join an established agile organization willing to continuously improve, welcoming you to be part of our future growth. Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:

• Take care of daily business: Organize and lead scrum/agile events (e.g. sprint plannings, review/retro meetings) ​

• Train interdisciplinary teams in Agile methodologies to constantly improve our agile practices

• Implement, monitor and adapt Agile processes and methodologies to fit individual team needs​

• Document and review team processes to highlight potentials for improvement

• Enable a shared understanding of the Development organization within other departments ​of ProGlove

• Facilitate company wide Product Development events

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies: 

• Have a University degree in the field of Engineering & Management, Information Technology or any comparable training

• Have Experience working with Agile Methods (SCRUM, KANBAN)

• Have Experience working with project management & documentation tools (e.g. Jira & Confluence)

• Are communicative, well-organized and keen to approach people to get things moving

• Are detail-oriented, self dependent​ and take ownership solving upcoming challenges

• Enjoy being a facilitator and making other people shine

• Business fluency in English​​

• Nice to have: Experience as Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner

• Nice to have: Technical Background in HW/SW Development​

The salary range is 55.000 ,- € to 60.000,- € gross OTE annually
