We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions.  

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a critical role that requires a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.  

Job Description

Your mission  
As Executive Assistant, you will work very closely with and report directly to our CEO, Stefan Lampa. Your key responsibilities will consist of the following tasks:  

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements  
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO and the Senior Management Team  
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, our investor Nordic Capital, and board members 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times 
  • Conduct research and provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO 
  • Manage expenses and budget for the CEO's office 
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively handle tasks as they arise

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor 
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently 
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
