Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for an Operations Associate in Czechia.

In the Operations Team, we focus on the courier partners: We ensure the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand by constantly developing courier partner satisfaction and smooth, scalable processes.

As an Operations Associate in the Courier Onboarding Team you will be responsible for the Onboarding of new Courier Partners in the region and making sure that they have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants & retailers to the customers. Working in a fast and dynamic environment, it is important to be a team player and also to have the ability to figure out what to do rather than wait to be told. Managing great courier partners requires a can-do attitude, as there are some routine tasks that require our attention.

In this pursuit, we aim to create the World’s best courier experience by optimizing processes, bettering content, and assuring that we have as little friction as possible.

What you’ll be doing:

• Onboard, retain and grow the number of happy Courier Partners on Wolt’s platform, to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation;

• Engage in daily communication with courier partners, managing logistics, inventory, and operational requests;

• Control daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery of orders;

• Check documents and other information that courier partner applicants submit and reach out to them in case some information is missing or unclear;

• Create and improve processes to drive operational efficiency to allow the business operations to scale efficiently;

• Share development ideas within the Operations team to improve ongoing tasks.

• You are a fast learner and attentive to both small details and the bigger picture.

• You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using analytical tools. Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a plus.

• You are able to conceptualize, improve and implement ideas and improvements in close collaboration with a team.

• Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to detail.

• Fluency in both Czech & English is required.
