Job Description

We are growing our business in Israel and are looking for a dedicated Ad Sales Associate to support our Ads and Promotions team. This entry-level role is focused on operational and sales support, helping restaurants and retail businesses grow with Wolt Ads and Promotions.

You will play a key role in managing leads, providing back-office support, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and operational skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: - Manage outbound and inbound sales calls with businesses and address inquiries.
  • Operational Assistance: - Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to support field sales teams.
  • Data Handling: - Assist account managers with data analysis and sales reporting for restaurants and retail clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work with internal and global teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational workflows.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to details
  • Basic advertising knowledge, focusing on digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising, familiarity with industry trends, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience focusing on negotiation and closing deals.
  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and proficient in English (both verbal and written).
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with tools like Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

Advantages

  • Previous experience in digital sales within e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Looker or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience within the Restaurant or Retail industry is a big plus!
