Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.
Job Description
In this position the individual will lead the team doing onboarding of our partners to the platform. The role contributes to growth and Wolt’s quality. The individual will lead by example and work both operational and administrative.
This individual works closely with various stakeholders in Norway and across Woltwide regions and acts always in Wolt’s best interest. This being said, the individual first and foremost enables our Norwegian operations to be successful.
What you'll be doing:
- Using your analytical thinking to challenge, test, implement and evaluate the processes and tools in the team.
- Leading by example by systematically managing a pipeline of partners that need to be onboarded.
- Ensuring the success of your team by setting targets, sparring, coaching and ensuring everyone's well-being and growth.
- Spreading best practices and actively consulting and coaching the team.
- Recruiting new talented Account Associates into the team.
- Getting things done by doing whatever else is needed for the team to succeed.
Qualifications
- Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above.
- Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization
- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in Norway and globally
- Be able to make sound business decisions while basing decisions on data
- Be able to fluently express themself in English and Norwegian (both in written form and orally)
- Be able to prioritise Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
- Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well.
