Wolt is embarking on a very exciting journey: to build one of the most important Retail Media ecosystems in the 23 countries we operate, so brands can leverage consumer insights, connect with shoppers via advertising  in-app and off-app and deliver unforgettable brand experiences to our millions of shoppers. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ads Finance and Business  Lead to join our Wolt Ads team. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance and Central Ads teams to structure and provide strategic analysis as well as develop strategic finance processes, tools and data that support the newly created Ads business.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating forecasting models, data analysis and reports, and structuring processes that provide insights into the performance of our Ad products and our business metrics, among others. You will work closely with the Ads and Finance & Strategy teams to ensure business and financial data accuracy and completeness, and to identify opportunities for optimization.

Also, you will contribute to the development of the different financial processes and analysis required for Ads planning, forecasting, O2C and financial business reconciliations that are key to the business.

Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across 27 countries. Together with our in-market sales teams, this role is responsible for assisting our FP&A and Central Business teams with data, analysis, business performance, financial and other related requirements.

In this role, you will be reporting to our Global Head of Advertising. This person will be a key member in both the Global Ads well as the Wolt Ads Finance teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Structure, develop and maintain interactive business analysis, dashboards, and reports that give insights into the Ads business KPIs and levers using tools such as Looker or Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and contribute to structure financial data requirements, processes and tools that support the business with accuracy and completeness (E2E)
• Structure and develop business models, forecasts and analysis to support business decisions
• Support the development of processes and tools required for accurate compliance and O2C of the Ads business
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
   

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline
• 5-10 years of experience in business and financial analysis, modeling, O2C, and key business levers analysis, preferably with experience in the advertising industry
• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking or financial planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such excel, Looker or Power BI
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database design and ETL processes
• Experience with data modeling
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
