What you’ll be doing:

• Onboarding key account and franchise venues into Wolt’s Platform. This includes photography, menu, translation and Wolt app training.
• Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates
• Creating training for our partners
• Ensuring our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
• Developing our restaurant and retail partners and their business by using our collected user data
• Being responsible for our menu-platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand
• Managing equipment inventory
• Support the everyday work of the team by creating and updating our database and communication
• Monitoring and forwarding changes and innovations affecting the team

• Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience
• Structured, detailed and service oriented
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Strong time management skills with efficient task prioritization
