Job Description
Overview:
As an Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and refining internal processes to maximize portfolio performance. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment, drive growth, and foster continuous improvement. This position requires hands-on involvement, innovative thinking, and effective leadership to oversee a team of associates and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance internal processes to optimize portfolio performance.
Implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing the portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Liaise with various stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving portfolio objectives.
Foster strong relationships and open communication channels to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Project Ownership and Growth Initiatives:Lead and drive projects aimed at improving partner performance through rigorous analysis and continuous quality and satisfaction assessments.
Proactively identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive portfolio expansion and performance enhancement.
Dynamic Environment Adaptability:Thrive in a dynamic work environment by collaborating across teams and departments to achieve collective goals.

Create resources, tools, and processes to streamline workflows and optimize productivity within the portfolio management function.
Qualifications
Improving and creating internal processes in order to further optimize the portfolio’s performance
Cross functional alignment with various stakeholders and departments
Owning and proactively working on projects to drive growth by improving partner’s performance by strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
Working in a dynamic environment and being able to work across teams and departments.
Being hands on and sharing creative ideas or solutions with your team
Support managing a small squad of associates and ensure high performance and efficiency.
Internal presentation on ongoing projects and results
Working together with the wider operations team on various projects
Create solutions and materials to increase your and the associates work efficiency
- Fluent in German and English, other language is a plus
- Great skills in Google suit, Looker is a plus
