Overview:

As an Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and refining internal processes to maximize portfolio performance. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment, drive growth, and foster continuous improvement. This position requires hands-on involvement, innovative thinking, and effective leadership to oversee a team of associates and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance internal processes to optimize portfolio performance.

• Implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing the portfolio.

• Liaise with various stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving portfolio objectives.

• Owning and proactively working on projects to drive growth by improving partner’s performance by strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.

• Working in a dynamic environment and being able to work across teams and departments. 

• Being hands on and sharing creative ideas or solutions with your team

• Support managing a small squad of associates and ensure high performance and efficiency.

• Internal presentation on ongoing projects and results

• Working together with the wider operations team on various projects 

• Create solutions and materials to increase your and the associates work efficiency

• Fluent in German and English, other language is a plus 
   
• Great skills in Google suit, Looker is a plus
