Role background

The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores which deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. Wolt Market is our awesome concept - you can order groceries to arrive on your doorstep at the speed of light! 🤩

We are searching for part-time Grocery Associates to join our team during March in our Myrtsi Wolt Market! The store is located in Kuninkaantammi area near Myyrmäki.

We're looking for team members with 15-30 hours per week to join the team. You'll need to be able to work across weekdays and weekends in both morning and evening shifts according to our store's opening hours (7-23) and Wolt's delivery times. 

In this role you are right in the heart of our day-to-day dark store operations - you’ll be making sure that all orders are gathered and ready to be picked up by the courier partners or customers. 

You’ll be part of a fun team that is redefining how we shop and while your colleagues will like to share a joke, they also take real pride in their work - as a company, we do common things uncommonly well! 💪

What you’ll be doing 

• Taking in orders through our Merchant app.
• Picking and packing groceries & handing them to customers and courier partners.
• Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store.
• Participating in developing our Market's daily operations.

• You are a fast learner and have the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and service-minded are words that describe you.
• You have a can do-attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Flexibility with working in morning, day and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends. 
• You are able to work in Myrtsi Wolt Market for 15-30 hours per week. 
• Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
• You have professional working proficiency in English. Finnish is a plus!
• You have a valid right to work in Finland.
