Role background

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018. We’re now in 14 cities with more to come, and this means more restaurants to partner with along the way too!Our Restaurant Support Team is an important part in the restaurants journey. Our team helps the restaurants in its smooth operation on the platform, among other things, by updating the menu. As such, we need to bring in the team's a Menu superstar! :)

This role requires a solid mix of both communication and organisational skills - you must be structured and detail-oriented. Adaptability and a strong service mindset also come naturally to you too.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the team working tool
• Uploading restaurants' menus to the platform
• Ensuring the standards established for the layout of the menu
• Ensuring special attention to the correctness of the Polish language stylistics, grammar, spelling, punctuation
• Supporting venues in the process of adjusting their menu to our standards
• Creating and using various process tools in Google Sheets environment
• Supporting the Restaurant Support Teams in various projects

• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people and restaurant partners. 
• Experience within customer support, account management, or administration.
• Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
• Self-starter and a passion for food.
• Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
