Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We’ve grown significantly in the last three years – so significantly in fact that in 2020 the Financial Times named us Europe’s second fastest growing company. We expanded our operations from just four countries across the Nordics to 23 countries across Europe and Asia today. And we’re just getting started. 

Regardless of how fast we’re growing, we strive to be the best in the world in everything we do. We don’t compromise on quality and we’re obsessed with hitting that world-class level. Right now we’re building our very own in-house Brand Experience team to give our audience the experience they deserve. Our team consists of creatives from different fields, all coming together to build an amazing brand with real heart and soul. 

And this is where you come in. We’re looking for an addition to our 3D design team. Our 3D designer’s role is to develop ´Wolt City´ – a cartoonish little 3D city filled with people, pets, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets…well, pretty much whatever you can think of. Within this modeled city we create Wolt stories and visuals that we use in our products and marketing communications.

So…

• Our working software are Cinema 4D, Redshift, Marvelous Designer, Substance 3D Painter and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Your main responsibility is to create and develop high quality 3D Graphics. In practice this could mean anything from designing a single 3D-illustrated object for our app UI to helping create an animated Wolt City film for Youtube. Whatever we do, our goal is to create the world's best brand experience. 
• Work closely with the rest of the Brand Experience team to ideate and create 3D designs to be used for a variety of purposes.
• Help guide junior artists by sharing skills and developing team growth.
• Collaborating with external agencies in creating assets used in our products and marketing communications. 

Our humble expectations

• experience using Cinema 4D or another 3D package and you are willing to transfer to Cinema 4D.
• You have solid experience as a 3D artist with a generalist skill set.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach to delivering great assets.
• Background in the gaming industry or animation studios is ideal. 
• Graphic design, drawing, sculpting and animation skills are a big plus.
