Role Background
Our Global Procurement team at Wolt is part of the finance organisation and covers the areas of indirect procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, sales and facilities and real estate. In our team the new Systems Manager, Global Procurement will have a two-fold role: Firstly, you will work closely with our team leads in procurement to understand the business needs and support them in the scoping, sourcing and implementation of relevant tools and systems. Our aim is to build the right tools to support our processes to become more efficient, harmonized, scalable and in line with internal and external compliance requirements. 

Secondly, you work closely with our Finance Systems development team (i.e. those that build the finance processes and systems, such as our NetSuite ERP system and P2P processes) to make sure the new tools and features we launch are also tied to the financial processes and reporting.

In your new role you will work together in a team of business development minded procurement experts where you will report directly into the Head of Global Procurement in the CFO team. You will be a pivotal spider in the web between Procurement and the Finance Development team, making sure we are building the right tools across the company and getting the integration and roll out right. A main focus of your work will be on owning the project management part on the procurement side. Together with your counterpart in finance development and P2P you will be a key player in building the procurement systems environment at Wolt where your role will define what we want to do with the tools and systems and your counterpart in finance development defines the technical part. Together you will build the right solutions and shape the tools which will be used in our HQ functions and across our 23 countries. In this setup, your main skillset is project management. Knowledge in systems and tools implementation is beneficial. Where needed you will also be part of training teams on how to use our tools.

Among others you will be involved in our ongoing projects related to P2P, vendor onboarding, contract management, quality assurance, warehouse management, webshop, leases and facility management. 
 

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and drive projects, as per need basis as a Project Manager including scoping, sourcing and implementation of procurement related tools & systems 
• Work closely with other stakeholders across Wolt, especially Finance Development team
• Wide range of business areas including P2P, vendor onboarding, contract management, quality assurance, warehouse management, webshop, leases and facility management
• Support our procurement teams with issue scoping and making actionable plans to successfully implement development initiatives
• Challenge the ways in which we are operating our processes and propose solutions for increasing our efficiency or quality and drive harmonized E2E processes

• 5 + years of experience from relevant roles
• Experience from project management, preferably in the area of tools&systems implementation
• Proof points of processes end-to-end management
• Be comfortable with managing a broad set of stakeholders with efficient communication
• Interest on finance systems
• Able to handle shifting priorities at a fast pace as needed
