To build a better, bigger Wolt, we’re looking for three new members to join our Rotational Product Manager program. 

This program is a great chance to start your career in Product Management – at the end of the program, our RPMs will take key product positions at Wolt. 

The program starts in May 2022. You can join us in one of our tech hubs, Helsinki or Berlin. 

About the program

Our program allows you to experience working across 2-3 different Product teams at Wolt, and gain a unique understanding of our entire marketplace.

During the program, we’ll provide you with extensive support and plenty of training to ensure you have everything you need to grow into a fully-fledged Product Manager. While you’ll be assigned a senior mentor from the team to work closely with and learn from, our Rotational Product Managers from previous years will be always available for help and knowledge-sharing. 

To fuel development, we ensure that our Rotational Product Managers are placed in key roles within our Product organization and work on our core products, such as our Wolt app, Wolt Market, and logistics optimization. 

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll drive product development end-to-end — from inception to successfully marketing new products and features. With our support, you’ll get hands-on experience with conducting user research and market analysis. We’re obsessed with our customer experience so you’ll learn how to build products that delight and excite users.

In practice, you’ll:

• Own the roadmap for your product
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and prioritization
• Work across the company to ensure the success of the team
• Collaborate with designers to understand customer problems
• Collaborate with engineers to build and deliver valuable product solutions

When the program ends, you’ll have an opportunity to own a larger Product area or get the chance to explore other business functions within Wolt (for example Operations, Business Development, Strategy, or Finance).

Your genuine interest in Product Management and basic understanding of the field are vital criteria for us. We don’t expect extensive Product Management experience or domain knowledge — we welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds.

To succeed, you should have:

• Strong analytical skills to structure problems, design analyses, test hypotheses, and run analytics
• Technical aptitude and ideally experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data tools
• Familiarity with a fast-paced work environment: for example from startups, scaleups or management consulting
• Experience from leadership positions is a great advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset, product sense and understanding of the business world acquired through 2-4 years of professional experience is highly appreciated

As Wolt is an international company, our only language requirement is advanced English.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly salary and Wolt stock options. The latter makes it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
