For a delivery platform like Wolt data science is a big opportunity. Our business has grown to a level (and keeps growing) where machine learning models for user acquisition, demand prediction, delivery time prediction, dynamic pricing, etc, can have a big effect. And a more effective delivery platform will benefit everyone in our ecosystem: courier partners, merchants and consumers.

So we are building data products that help enhance the user experience of our customers and partners, as well as help create a deeper understanding within the company of the economics and dynamics of the different cities we operate in. How do we do all this? We have an open data culture and work every day to improve the way we store and utilize our data using a variety of tools, e.g. Python, Spark, Snowflake and Looker to get the job done.

This is a paid internship, and we will tailor the internship to suit your situation. You'll be working with one of our 20+ awesome engineering teams where your existing skills will find their best match, and the timing of the internship period can be adjusted based on your availability.

We are looking for Interns who don't hesitate to take ownership from day one. Ability to search for information and asking questions to learn along the way is crucial. You don't have to have working experience or a shiny CV - You can prove your skills by completing the assignment we have prepared for you. You will find it at the end of this post.

We do hope you'd be able to work with us for 3-6 months full-time and preferably to continue the journey together even after. All of our Interns from last year are now working with us on a permanent basis.

We qualify candidates based on the assignment, as that is how we find the right match between you and the different projects available.
