As a Technical SEO & AI Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the health and performance of our website and in shaping how we show up in both traditional search results and AI-generated answers. You'll bring sharp technical SEO instincts together with a genuine AI-first working style, using AI tools not just for SEO tasks but as a natural part of how you work every day. In your day-to-day, you will  

• Monitor the website's overall technical health, proactively surfacing issues and driving data-informed prioritization  
• Use AI tools actively in your daily work - whether for automating analysis, writing specs, exploring data patterns, or brainstorming - SEO-related or not  
• Stay at the forefront of Generative Search trends to ensure the site's content and structure are optimized for entity understanding, GEO, and LLM visibility  
• Conduct in-depth crawl analysis to drive data-informed decisions and prioritize impactful actions  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization to ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented  
• Provide expert SEO consulting for new pages, from initial keyword research and technical specifications to post-launch audits  
• Lead complex site migrations and consult on tech SEO challenges, including CWV, crawl budget optimization, rendering, and indexation  
• Optimize site hierarchy, URL structure, and internal linking, ensuring best practices for schema markup and site clustering 

• Over 4 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, with proven expertise in researching, planning, and executing SEO strategies - particularly in technical SEO  
• Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and basic SQL queries  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret website log files  
• Expert-level familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Screaming Frog  
• You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work — for SEO tasks like content clustering, entity mapping, and SERP analysis, but also beyond: writing, automation, research, or anything you've built real habits around. We care less about which tools, more that AI is genuinely part of how you work  
• Working knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — you understand how AI systems surface and cite content, and you think about visibility in LLM outputs, not just Google rankings  
• Excellent English communication skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail
