As a Product Manager for Wix's eCom Platform, you'll own critical and foundational parts of our ecosystem: Business Operations & Core Platform. You'll focus on building reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions that simplify the business journey for millions of merchants worldwide.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Business Operations and Core Platform domains  

• Manage the strategic roadmap for key business operations tools, including Tax, Order Management, Refunds, Subscriptions, Fulfillment, Payments, and Automations  

• Drive the evolution of scalable cross-platform APIs and MCP skills, ensuring innovative Agentic flows to help businesses set up, run and grow their business. 

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver impactful solutions  

• Collaborate with other eCom domains, providing them with stable core infrastructure and APIs  

• Define KPIs for your domains, focusing on platform reliability, data accuracy, and merchant operational efficiency

• 5+ years of product management experience preferably in eCommerce or related domains  

• Passion for orchestrating a large portfolio of interconnected products, from user-facing tools to deep infrastructural components  

• Technical fluency—comfortable with API documentation, system architecture, and core platform nuances  

• Attention to detail, particularly with financial data accuracy, tax compliance, and order fulfillment  

• Strong prioritization skills, balancing long-term platform investment with immediate business needs  

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and align diverse stakeholders
