Job Description
Lead the Wix Vilnius Frontend community, guiding a chapter of ~100 developers to align local efforts with global technical strategy.
Drive Engineering Excellence by setting the technological vision, defining quality standards, and ensuring architecture supports Wix’s massive scale.
Optimize development velocity by identifying bottlenecks and bridging the gap between Platform and Product teams with the right infrastructure.
Build the Wix Engineering brand in Lithuania through recruitment ownership, community events, and public-facing technical leadership.
Master knowledge flow and professional growth, overseeing everything from onboarding and mentorship to career pathing for senior engineers.
Qualifications
Strong engineering background in modern web development and complex architecture.
Leadership at scale, with experience influencing large technical communities or managing multiple teams.
Strategic mindset - capable of identifying organizational gaps and implementing site-wide solutions.
Natural community builder - passionate about mentorship, public speaking, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Strong communication skills to navigate a large, global organization and influence without direct authority.

Salary range is 4000 - 8000 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSUs package)
