Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven problem solver who is passionate about efficiency, data, and scalable processes. As an Operations Manager you’ll own the systems, workflows, and cross-team alignment that enable our marketing organization to move fast, stay focused, and deliver measurable impact while working in an always changing environment.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex projects ensuring clear timelines, alignment, and visibility across stakeholders.
Drive the adoption of AI tools and automations across the marketing org—identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and embedding AI into daily workflows to increase speed and operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership to shape the team’s strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and ensure progress against key milestones.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or project management within a SaaS or tech environment.
Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of challenges from start to finish.
Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand internal systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose scalable solutions.
Additional Information
The Marketing Operations team is a cross-department effort. We drive multiple projects of varying scales to initiate, develop, and integrate new processes within the department, manage major marketing projects, and run all operational aspects. This team is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies.
