At Wix POS we provide a complete ecosystem, including hardware, payment processing, inventory and customer management in order to allow business owners to unify and manage their online and offline sales.

As a Delivery Manager for Wix POS, you'll manage external partnerships, coordinate product roadmaps, and ensure seamless delivery of app versions and cross-company programs. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Establish a structured system for managing relationships with external Wix partners, including owning each partnership's unique solution setup, maintaining product requests backlog, and organizing feature requests and bug reports 

• Oversee the goal-setting process for partners, including planning and aligning product roadmap goals 

• Lead group execution by managing GANTT charts, overseeing planning, and ensuring internal visibility across teams 

• Coordinate and maintain Wix POS app version release cycles, ensuring delivery aligns with Wix users and strategic partnership requests 

• Follow up on end-to-end processes with external teams, collect and manage dependencies, and serve as the focal point for communication and status updates 

• Represent Wix POS in cross-company programs and ensure prioritized, timely delivery 

• 2+ years of experience in project management or business operations 

• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in tools like Sheets, Jira, Monday, and Slides 

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes 

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to foresee challenges and mitigate them proactively 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a calm demeanor under stress and a flexible mindset
