Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Partnerships Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team in Singapore. You will play a critical role in helping Wise accelerate growth across APAC by building and scaling partnerships that connect us with customers who have international money needs.
APAC is one of Wise's fastest-growing regions and a key growth opportunity. Across international students, travellers, expats and other globally-minded communities, we see significant potential to reach more customers through strategic partnerships.
This is a new role within a global team with high autonomy to own the end to end regional strategy. Working closely with regional growth teams, you will identify, negotiate and launch partnerships across APAC, adapting global opportunities to local markets and turning them into measurable growth.
The goal will be to use your commercial talents to unlock new groups of customers who have a need for Wise, but didn't know enough about us to use us before.
This is not a Wise Platform role - Your main goal is to accelerate personal adoption of Wise in APAC markets.

Use data to identify performance trends, opportunities and challenges, turning insights into actions that improve results.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal, and increased investment based on proven results
