Job Description
Position Summary
The Fleet Specialist performs a range of tasks and activities associated with the objectives of the Fleet Program under the direction of the Winsupply Vice President, Risk Management.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Report the Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) results of new hire candidates to the local company Presidents or Managers.
- Enroll local company new hires in MVR monitoring and maintain the database.
- Run daily and monthly MVR reports to look for changes.
- Notify local company Presidents or Managers and their board of driving violations that change an employee’s driving eligibility.
- Order fuel cards for new vehicles and as requested for current vehicles.
- Maintain the list of fuel card PINs for employees.
- Run monthly fuel reports and distribute.
- Maintain the Driver’s Alert decal database.
- Maintain the Driver’s Alert Incident call log and run monthly reports to provide to the VP, Risk Management.
- Maintain Winsupply Procedures relating to Fleet.
- Update the insurance company with vehicle and local company President or Manager changes.
- Research and assist local companies with DOT questions.
- Assist with the Telematics program.
- Monitor drug test results for new hire and DOT drivers.
- Maintain relationships with current fleet vendors. Analyze relationships and determine whether to renew fleet contracts or seek new vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of relevant fleet experience.
- DOT knowledge.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and WISE system (as may reasonably be developed through on the job training in this role). Training will be provided to enable incumbent to develop proficiency in use of other desired platforms (i.e., IBM, Databases, Otis/Summit site, Adobe In-Design.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related fields. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
