About the Role
The Marketing Manager drives development and execution of integrated marketing activity across WildBrain CPLG’s portfolio of entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer brands, including globally recognised franchises such as Peanuts, Teletubbies, Strawberry Shortcake and many more.
This role is responsible for delivering regional marketing campaigns, supporting local market activations, and adapting global initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and commercial impact across Southern Europe.
The role generates brand visibility, franchise growth, and retail marketing activity across key licensors and licensing categories. It requires a collaborative and commercially minded marketer with experience in brand marketing, entertainment, retail marketing, and integrated campaigns.
Job Description
Strategic Brand Marketing
- Develop creative campaign concepts and turn them into actionable marketing plans, timelines and deliverables
- Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across several markets, including online, offline, retail and experiential activations
- Implement regional campaigns aligned with global brand direction and priorities
- Identify opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, and retail support across key markets
- Campaign project management ensuring activity aligns with global brand and licensor guidelines
- Support franchise calendar planning and maintain regional marketing timelines
- Support large-scale brand activations, partnerships and public events across different markets.
- Ensure all marketing assets and executions align with brand guidelines and approval processes.
Campaign Management
- Develop creative campaign concepts that align with global brand strategy and are culturally relevant to each market
- Execute and project manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, print, influencer, experiential, and retail channels
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to timelines, budgets and details
- Coordinate with agencies, licensors, and internal teams to develop brand assets (eg; inflatables, character mascots etc)
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting and insights
- Track campaign performance and support post-campaign reporting and case studies
Brand, Social, Retail & Trade Marketing
- Support the delivery of regional brand campaigns across key franchises
- Collaborate with retail partners on launches, campaigns, and activations
- Develop retailer and licensee presentations and support materials
- Coordinate trade marketing and campaign assets with global teams and licensees
- Collaborate with social and content teams to develop engaging campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and brand affinity
- Support regional social channel agents and coordinate content approvals with agencies and licensors
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with licensors, retailers, agencies, and licensees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, partnerships, franchise, creative, legal, and finance
- Present campaign updates and plans to internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across different time zones and cultures.
Territory Scope
- Southern Europe with key priority markets France, Spain and Italy
Budget Management
- Support budget tracking and campaign forecasting
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed budgets
- Focus on delivering commercially effective campaigns
Leadership & Team Support
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members where required
- Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration
Qualifications
- Significant experience in marketing, entertainment, licensing, retail marketing, or agency roles
- Fluent in French and English language, able to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders; including the ability to draft correspondence, presentations, and reports in French and English
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and project management capability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of marketing execution and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Information
Compensation
Base Salary: €53,000 - €70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
