Westgate Resorts is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Attendant for our on‑site retail/marketplace in Orlando, FL. This entry‑level, guest‑facing position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced retail environment and want to grow within a major hospitality brand. As a Retail Attendant, you’ll assist guests with purchases, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate transactions, strong customer service, and consistent store standards. • Support daily store opening and closing procedures
• Provide warm, friendly customer service throughout the store
• Assist guests in locating products, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Promote sales by highlighting promotions and upselling when appropriate
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system accurately
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments following company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout and sales floor area
• Restock, rotate, and replenish merchandise across all retail areas
• Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, facing, and signage
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance
• Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies
• Set up and maintain seasonal or promotional displays
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred (entry‑level applicants welcome)
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to learn POS systems and cash‑handling procedures
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and basic inventory processes
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and loss‑prevention standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in cashiering and product management
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move merchandise as required
