As a Pest Control Assistant, you will provide pest control services for assigned properties, including all guest rooms, offices, amenities, and building exteriors. This role also includes animal trapping and removal as needed. You’ll ensure a safe, clean, and pest-free environment for our guests and team members through proactive inspections and timely treatments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Mix and apply pesticides safely and effectively
• Handle pesticides in accordance with company and safety standards
• Trap and remove wildlife such as raccoons, opossums, and snakes
• Respond to guest calls professionally and in a timely manner
• Inspect sites for current and potential pest issues
• Collaborate with resort staff to develop pest control solutions
• Use and maintain proper PPE (respirators, gloves, goggles, etc.)
• Perform bedbug inspections and treatments (chemical and heat)
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment and golf carts
• Inspect and fill rodent bait stations
• Inspect and treat restaurant areas as needed
• Assist with other duties as requested

• One to two year related experience and/or training. 
• Commercial pesticide license preferred but not required.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
