Job Description

As the Resort Services Operator, you have the skills to answer and resolve guest inquiries effortlessly—whether it's confirming reservations, delivering towels, or providing assistance. - Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our guests.
- Route calls and take messages for the appropriate departments.
- Completes daily reports and records as required.
- Answer calls using the phone routing system.
- Answer internal and external phone calls and assist the caller as needed.
- Monitor and respond to text messages from Kipsu messaging application.
- Monitor, input and follow up on entries in the HoTSOS application.
- Assist and work at the front desk as needed and/or scheduled.
- Perform special projects as assigned, including Front Desk cross-training.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
